REAR LIGHT REMOVAL

Identify the location of the bulb to be changed and then release or remove the relevant luggage compartment access panel.
Turn the retaining lug, 90 degrees counter-clockwise, to release, then lower and lift to remove.
Reverse the removal procedure to refit.
Turn the retaining lug, 90 degrees counter-clockwise, to release and then pull to lower.
Reverse the removal procedure to refit.
Continually rotate the rear light retaining bolt, counter-clockwise, until fully released and then remove.
Lightly press down and hold the rear light retaining lug. Carefully move the rear light a small distance away from the vehicle. Doing so now allows access to the rear light electrical connection.
Do not completely remove the rear light from the vehicle until the vehicle wiring loom has been released and disconnected. Doing so may damage the vehicle wiring loom and the rear light.
Release the vehicle wiring loom from the rear light retaining lug.
Press and hold the retaining lug at the base of the electrical connector. Pull to release it from the rear light.
Completely remove the rear light from the vehicle.
Make sure that the rear light is placed on a soft surface to avoid damage or scratch the rear light lens.
Reverse the removal procedure to refit.
