MANDO DE CONTROL DE LA ILUMINACIÓN

Lighting control operation:

  1. With the headlights on, push the control away from the steering wheel to select high beam. The instrument panel warning light illuminates. See LUZ DE CARRETERA (AZUL).

    NOTES

Do not use high beam where it may distract other road users.

  2. Pull the lighting control toward the steering wheel and release to flash the high beam on and off. High beam remains on for as long as the control is held.

  3. Side lights: Rotate the lighting control to this position to switch the side lights on. The Instrument panel warning light illuminates. See LUCES LATERALES (VERDE).

  4. Headlights: Rotate the lighting control to this position to switch the headlights on.

  5. AUTO: With auto lights selected, when the ambient light fades and the ignition is on, the side lights, tail lights, dipped beam headlights and number plate lights switch on automatically. Headlight courtesy delay, Auto High Beam Assist (AHBA) and the windscreen wipers detection may also be activated.

    NOTES

Low exterior light levels, caused by adverse weather conditions, may also cause the auto lights to activate.

  6. Rear fog lights: Operate only while the side lights, headlights, or auto lights are selected. Turn the lighting control toward the steering wheel and release. The instrument panel warning light illuminates. See LUCES ANTINIEBLA TRASERAS (ÁMBAR).

To switch off the rear fog lights: Turn the collar toward the steering wheel again and release.
